Lamps of this kind were produced in the 60s and 70s, used mostly in factories and workshops. The uper cast iron part gives it a solid, durable appearence. Olivetti was cleaned carefully of rust and given a new blue-grey finish with a black edge to create a visiual balance to the heavy upper part. It has a polished steel chain and is equipped with a black textile coated cable.
